Providing career counseling and guidance to students, helping them understand their strengths, interests, and career options. Assisting students in resume building, interview preparation, and developing other essential job-seeking skills. Conducting mock interviews, group discussions, and other training sessions to enhance students employability skills. Coordinating and facilitating campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement events where employers can interact with students. Inviting companies to conduct recruitment processes on campus, including written tests, interviews, and technical evaluations. Actively promoting internship and job opportunities among students through various channels such as email, social media, and notice boards.
