Delivering lectures, leading discussions, and facilitating labs or simulations related to nursing theory and practice. Developing and updating course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments. Mentoring and advising nursing students on academic and professional matters, including career planning and licensure preparation. Supervising clinical experiences and providing guidance to students in healthcare settings. Conducting original research in areas such as nursing education, patient care, healthcare policy, or other nursing-related fields. Publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences. Securing funding through grants or other sources to support research projects. Mentoring students in research activities and fostering their involvement in scholarly pursuits.
