Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce visual materials such as brochures, posters, social media graphics, website images, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and academic teams to create designs that align with Rai Universitys objectives.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and print materials.
• Edit and optimize images for web and print use.
• Assist in the development of creative concepts and design strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to ensure high-quality output.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience with web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills across different mediums.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of print production and file preparation is desirable.
