Job description:
-Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance and investment preferences.
-Conducting in-depth economic assessments to analyse clients' current financial situations and identify areas for growth and improvement.
-Developing personalised financial plans and investment strategies aligned with client's objectives and risk profiles.
-Recommending suitable investment products, such as equities, bonds, mutual funds and alternative investments, NCDs, Insurances, structured product MLD based on through market research and analysis.
-Monitoring and reviewing investment portfolios regularly, adjusting strategies as per market conditions and clients' changing needs.
-Providing clients with ongoing financial advice and guidance, addressing their queries and providing proactive wealth management solutions.
-Helping the company meet its financial objectives through personalised financial planning.
Staying updated with market trends, economic developments and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
-Required skills and qualifications
Qualification:
-BA bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
-3+ years of experience as a wealth manager or in financial services, including knowledge of developing and implementing financial plans and managing investments.
-Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.
-Proficiency in financial analysis tools, portfolio management software, CRM systems and MS Office suite.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with quick decision-making and a results-oriented mindset.
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in explaining complex financial concepts to clients.
-Integrity, ethical conduct, and adherence to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
Preferred skills:
-A master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
-NISM V-A MF Certified.
-Experience in serving high-net-worth individuals and understanding their unique wealth -management needs.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a successful client portfolio.
-Ability to develop innovative financial solutions and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
