The Transaction Advisory Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing transaction advisory services to clients. This role requires expertise in financial analysis, due diligence, and M&A (Merger and Acquisition) transactions. The Team Leader will oversee a group of analysts and associates, ensuring the delivery of high-quality advisory services and meeting client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of analysts and associates, set clear team goals and objectives, ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills.
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understand clients specific needs and expectations and manage client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Transaction Advisory Services: Oversee due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions, analyze financial statements and conduct financial modeling, evaluate the financial and operational performance of target companies and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients, participate in new client acquisition and proposal development and contribute to the growth and expansion of the advisory services practice.
Qualifications:
Professional certification such as CA, CFA or MBA.
Proven experience in transaction advisory, M&A, or financial due diligence.
