Data Scientist - Python/SQL (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement data pipelines for efficient data acquisition, cleaning, and transformation.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data distributions, identify patterns, and uncover potential insights.

- Develop and apply machine learning models for tasks like customer segmentation, churn prediction, lead scoring, or other relevant applications.

- Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and effectiveness.

- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations and reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to translate insights into actionable business strategies.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.

Mandatory Skills :

- 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or a related field.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing data pipelines.

- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, manipulation, and machine learning.

- Strong understanding of SQL for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.

- Excellent data management skills, including data cleaning, wrangling, and transformation.

- Experience working with accounting software (e.h., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, ERP) is a plus.

- Experience with machine learning libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings to non-technical audiences.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.

Bonus Points :

- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for data analytics.

- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
