Location - Mumbai (Western line)

Preferred candidate -Should be from D2C/E-Commerce / Real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.

- Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and foster professional growth.

- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.

- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies and product development.

- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.

- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to optimize return on investment.

- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Proven work experience as a Head of Marketing or in a similar senior marketing role, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing.

- Demonstrated ability to develop effective marketing strategies and execute marketing plans successfully.

- Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques, with experience in data-driven decision-making.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as traditional marketing methodologies.
