Product Manager - B2B Web/App (4-8 yrs)

Location: Bangalore - HSR Layout

Working Days: Mon-Fri (4 days from office & Friday is WFH)

What you will be doing:

- Gain a deep understanding of the customer and their needs

- Innovate and improve friction-free products that solve problems for mid market companies

- Enabling marketing, sales and customer success on new business opportunities and expanding existing business

- Be the end-to-end owner of the product - manage the business case, identify the value proposition, define the customer experience, build out the product

- Closely monitor feature adoption and increase it using data and customer success

- Manage use-cases, user stories, and be the primary bridge between the market, GTM, design and engineering.

- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver products and features with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

- Manage costs to run the infrastructure, develop pricing strategies and maintain gross margins

- Interface effectively and establish quick credibility and confidence with: UX, engineering, customer success, sales, marketing, and customers

- Work with product marketing to develop customer-facing material such as press releases, presentations, videos, and training materials

You should apply if you

- Have overall 4+ years of experience with 2+ years as an Associate PM, ideally involving marketing and sales tech, or video or SaaS

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Have sound technical background with an understanding of software development, web technologies, and agile methodologies
