Job Overview:
The Lead - Digital Marketing will drive the organization's digital growth strategy, focusing on performance marketing, growth marketing, revenue generation, and P&L management. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate sector to craft data-driven campaigns, optimize lead and customer journeys, and align marketing efforts with business objectives. The individual will be responsible for managing digital marketing initiatives to maximize profitability and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through digital marketing initiatives.
- Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize lead-to-sale conversion rates, ensuring high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
- Analyse the impact of marketing activities on overall revenue and provide insights for optimization.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the customer base to drive additional revenue streams.
Performance Marketing:
- Create and manage high-impact paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Optimize ad spend to achieve key performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Continuously A/B test creatives, landing pages, and strategies to enhance performance and ROI.
Growth Marketing:
- Develop innovative growth strategies using viral, referral, and influencer marketing techniques.
- Optimize conversion funnels to improve user acquisition and retention rates.
- Explore and implement emerging marketing channels and technologies for competitive advantage.
Campaign and Lead Management:
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, integrating lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies.
- Ensure a seamless handoff of leads from marketing to sales, maintaining high engagement levels throughout.
- Track lead performance through CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and optimized conversion rates.
P&L Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with revenue goals.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to measure campaign profitability and overall ROI.
Customer Journey Management:
- Map the digital customer journey, enhancing every touchpoint from inquiry to post- sale engagement.
- Develop strategies to improve the overall customer experience, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
- Use data to inform and refine marketing strategies for better positioning and performance.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and CRM dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business goals.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and high performance.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years focused on performance and growth marketing in the real estate sector.
- Proven experience in revenue generation and P&L management.
