Business Head/Cluster Manager - Pan India

We are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead our hospitality business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets, market share, and customer satisfaction goals.

2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and revenue management.

3. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and suppliers.

5. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, and new market entries.

6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

7. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure business performance is on track.

8. Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and employee engagement within the organization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

3. Proven track record of driving business growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

4. Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including rooms, food and beverage, and events.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to analyze complex business data and make informed decisions.

7. Strong network of contacts within the hospitality industry.
