Principal Engineer Concessions -Design

The engineer will be expected to possess the following skills:

1. Design assessment with specific knowledge and experience of Aerostructures specific Design Principles and Practices.

2. Good understanding of the manufacturing build sequence.

3. Thorough understanding of the Design life cycle

4. Strong product knowledge on Wings, Fuselage and High lift components

5. Experience in mentoring and coaching the engineers.

6. Very strong working Knowledge of regulatory requirements

7. Competence in composite and metallic design

8. Basic understanding of the stress analysis

9. Thorough knowledge of different non conformities during the manufacturing

10. Drawing reading

11. Experience with tracking and reporting tools

The engineer will be expected to perform the following tasks:

1. Develop methods and process to perform the design assessment of non-conformities

2. Drive technical excellence

3. Mentor and Guide potential design Signatories ( Both Tec

4. Responsible for quality of the deliverables to customer

5. Design validation.

6. Technical queries resolution to the team members

7. Implementation of modification and changes

8. Drive continuous process improvement.

9. Develop next level reviewers and technical experts

10. Support technical proposal preparations
