Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make cold and warm calls to potential customers, introduce the companys products/services, and explain their benefits to generate interest. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning techniques and pitch products based on customer needs. Customer Interaction: Establish and maintain rapport with prospects, answer their queries, and resolve any concerns to build trust and credibility. Sales Conversion: Drive sales by closing deals over the phone and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. Follow-up & Lead Nurturing: Maintain regular contact with existing leads and customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business. Database Management: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback using CRM software or manual logging. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service offerings and market trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Reporting: Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Sales Manager regarding calls made, sales achieved, customer feedback, and pipeline status. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
