Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personnel Administration/Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personnel administration processes, HR policies, and excellent communication skills. As a Specialist, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

Personnel Administration:

  • Oversee and manage the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and status changes.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Interpret and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
    Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
    Assist in resolving employee relations issues and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    Communicate benefit information to employees and assist in resolving benefit-related inquiries.

Recruitment Support:

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to facilitate the hiring process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
    Participate in on-campus recruiting events and job fairs, as needed.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training programs and initiatives to support employee development and growth.
    Track employee training progress and maintain training records.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
    Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance-related matters.

HR Reporting:

  • Generate regular HR reports on metrics such as headcount, turnover, and other key performance indicators.
    Use data insights to contribute to HR strategy and decision-making.
