Job Description
- Manage back-office operations using TCS BaNCS for Capital Markets, including trade settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions, and reporting
- Oversee settlement processes for securities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of trades in line with market standards
- Manage risk operations, including margin calculations, collateral management, and exposure monitoring
- Facilitate account opening operations and ensure adherence to KYC and compliance requirements
- Configure and maintain the TCS BaNCS system to meet business requirements and industry standards
- Monitor and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless and error-free transactions
- Collaborate with different departments - IT, and stakeholders to implement system enhancements and address operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices in all back-office processes
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for process improvement and decision-making
- Provide training and support to team members on TCS BaNCS functionalities and back-office workflows
