Position Details:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Domain Sales Manager to spearhead our growth and expand our client base within the Cloud, IT, and network managed services domain. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in selling intricate IT solutions, with a particular focus on cloud, database, storage, servers, network, security, and application support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients, with a strong emphasis on acquiring clients from our competitors.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and effectively manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify emerging opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record in sales, preferably within the BFSI, Retail, Digital, Telecom, or similar industries.
  • Pre-Sales Experience:Proven ability to develop and present compelling solutions and business cases tailored to clients specific requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of database, server, network, telecom, and application support services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Expertise:

  • Client Relationships: Existing relationships with clients within the target industry sector.
  • Managed Services Knowledge: Strong understanding of Managed Services within the target domains.
