Business Analyst

Serve as the Operations Subject Matter Expert, offering guidance on Operational Systems & policies for all new projects, to ensure operational change impacting Payment Ops and Treasury Ops is delivered efficiently.Understand and own stakeholder communication per project, articulate operational principles / standards to be metDrive completion of operational artefacts, such as Treasury ledger mapping, collaborating with operations managers to overcome project challenges Develop and implement new operational procedures and practices in line with organisational goalsDrive completion of cash workflow and cut off time mapping to ensure that regulatory requirements are met before the project is liveCollaborate with Compliance and Regulatory teams to ensure the requirements for all new projects are metAct as SME for payments and collections products including understanding of local payment rails (SEPA, FPS, ACH) and SWIFTIdentifying, communicating, and logging risks, accordingly, developing mitigation strategies in collaboration with operations managersContinuously develop/enhance understanding of payment, settlement, trading processes and system workflows, making sure adequate documentation is in place and maintained
