Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4-6 years of experience to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- This role requires expertise in full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder management to meet the organization's hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market insights to stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance on recruitment best practices and trends.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates.
- Promote the organization's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Data & Metrics:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
- Generate reports on recruitment activities, time-to-fill, and quality of hire to identify areas for improvement.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in managing multiple requisitions and delivering high-quality hires within deadlines.
Skills:
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
- Familiarity with employer branding initiatives.
