Job Description

To lead and implement a comprehensive Talent Management strategy that aligns with organizational goals, focusing on Succession planning, Career development, and Management Development/trainee programs. The goal is to drive Talent excellence, enhance Employee engagement, and ensure leadership continuity in a fast-evolving business environment.

Talent Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a robust talent management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives related to talent consulting practices, including organizational design and succession planning.
  • Identify and drive initiatives for talent retention, career planning, and workforce optimization

Succession Planning:

  • Design and implement organizational structures that support business strategy and growth.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive succession planning program to ensure continuity of leadership.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify high-potential employees and develop targeted succession plans.

Management Development Programmes

  • Benchmark existing Leadership Development Processes with industry best practices. Identify and implement innovative solutions to strengthen the Leadership development portfolio and deliver business impact. Monitor the implemented solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Audit Leadership development processes and data in the Business to ensure effectiveness Ensure regulatory and legal compliance of Leadership development programs, practices, and data in the Business

Career Planning and Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement career paths and frameworks to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes to identify talent gaps, career development needs, and employee growth opportunities.
  • Ensure effective talent assessments and development initiatives for critical roles.

Analytics and Metrics:

  • Use data-driven insights to assess talent management strategies, identifying areas of improvement.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and optimize talent strategies.

Required Experience / Qualification:

  • Masters Degree from a reputed B -Schools
  • 12-14 years of experience in talent management, preferably in an FMCG / Management consulting firm.
  • Proven expertise in Succession Planning and talent consulting, as well as hands-on experience in Management Development Programmes, and Career planning.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and talent management frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics tools and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
