Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for Functional QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of client software products through thorough testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Functional QA Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in software testing i.e. ISTQB or similar.
- Familiarity with API testing tools and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of database.
- Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
