Job Summary:
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will lead a team of passionate marketers and work closely with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure our brand's message resonates across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with the brand's vision and growth goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Lead cross-functional collaborations with product development, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive brand messaging and product launches.
2. Brand Development & Storytelling:
- Elevate brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, from product packaging to digital content to differentiate our products in the competitive skincare market.
- Champion storytelling that connects deeply with consumers, emphasizing core values of authenticity, sustainability, and Ayurveda.
- Lead the creation of compelling campaigns that highlight the brand's luxury positioning while resonating with target audiences.
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing:
- Drive the brand's digital presence by crafting innovative social media strategies, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Oversee content creation for digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to engage with the luxury skincare community.
- Develop a CRM strategy to nurture relationships with customers through personalized content.
- Utilize data analytics to track performance across digital channels, optimizing campaigns for engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
4. Public Relations & Influencer Marketing:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key media outlets, beauty editors, and influencers to secure premium brand visibility and press coverage.
- Lead influencer and celebrity partnerships, ensuring brand alignment and maximizing product exposure across high-impact platforms.
- Execute successful PR strategies for product launches, events, and collaborations that enhance brand prestige
5. E-Commerce & Retail Marketing:
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize the customer journey on website, driving traffic and increasing online sales.
- Partner with retail partners and distributors to create in-store experiences, product placements, and promotional activities that reflect the luxury brand ethos.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market feedback to fine-tune marketing strategies and improve customer retention.
6. Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and growth.
- Lead performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide ongoing support for team development and success.
- Cultivate a collaborative and innovative marketing culture that aligns with the brand's vision and mission
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within luxury, skincare, or beauty brands.
- Expertise: Proven track record of driving brand growth in the luxury market, with experience in both digital and traditional marketing. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a deep understanding of the luxury beauty consumer.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data analytics to drive decisions, optimize campaigns, and enhance customer experiences.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand externally and internally.
