Job Description
- Test Planning and Strategy:-
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies specifically tailored for casino game testing
- Collaborate closely with game design, development, and product teams to understand project requirements thoroughly and objectives.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to set up and execute performance tests, with a focus on game package size and load times.
- Establish SDLC Quality gates and ensure compliance with processes such as unit testing, static code analysis, and adherence to non-functional requirements.
- Roadmap the automation process and develop standard test suites for game types and functionalities, including core mechanics of slot games.
- Test Execution:-
- Oversee both manual and automated test executions covering gameplay, performance, and compatibility testing to ensure comprehensive coverage throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Game Mathematicians and Back-End Developers for game RTP (Return to Player) testing and validation.

- Defect Management:-
- Implement and manage defect tracking processes, working closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Engage with external test houses when necessary to proactively address and resolve open defects.
- Conduct root cause analysis on identified defects and implement corrective actions, while providing consistent feedback to development teams and stakeholders during the game development and release sign-off processes.
