SAP QA Engineer

Basic Qualification: 

• 4-5 years of experience in Manual QA, SAP commerce(Hybris), SAP R/3 (ERP)  
• Experience with AS400 System.
• Knowledge on the Health Care domain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Technical Skills: 

• Experience with SAP R/3 modules (Sales, Delivery, Finance, Customer Service).
• Knowledge of SAP Commerce (Hybris) integration with SAP R/3.
• Familiarity with product catalog management, marketing functionalities, and SAP reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Digis ERP is an added advantage.

Roles and  Responsibilities:

• Test and validate SAP functionality for Sales Orders, Delivery, Fulfillment, Finance (Invoicing & Payments), and customer service.
• Ensure smooth integration between SAP Commerce (Hybris) and SAP R/3 (ERP).
• Validate order management, product catalog integration, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with teams to support customer service operations (returns, inquiries).
• Test SAP analytics features and maintain test scripts and data.
• Identify and resolve issues in the SAP system and support UAT for deployments.
