About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead C# Developer with a strong background in backend development and architecture. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with a proven track record in designing robust solutions, collaborating with international teams, and leading small, high-performing teams. Experience in the Fintech industry or developing infrastructure monitoring tools will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership :
Act as the technical lead for backend development projects, providing architectural guidance and strategic direction.
Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Architecture and Design :
Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure backend architectures using C#.
Review and write detailed design documents, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
Development and Implementation :
Develop high-performance backend systems, APIs, and services using C# and .NET frameworks.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :
Work closely with international teams and stakeholders across different time zones.
Communicate effectively to gather requirements, provide updates, and address technical concerns.
System Monitoring and Maintenance :
Contribute to the design and development of infrastructure monitoring tools.
Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability through proactive monitoring and optimization.
Innovation and Improvement :
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Drive continuous improvement in development practices, tools, and methodologies.
Required Skills and Experience
Technical Expertise :
Proficient in C#, .NET Core, and related technologies.
Strong understanding of backend systems architecture and design patterns.
Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
Architecture and Design :
Proven experience in designing scalable backend architectures.
Ability to create and review technical design documents.
Industry Experience :
Fintech industry experience is a plus.
Collaboration :
Demonstrated experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Small Team Dynamics :
Experience working in and leading small teams (less than 5 members).
Monitoring Tools :
Experience in building infrastructure monitoring tools or similar systems is an added advantage.
Other Skills :
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor s degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 12 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience
