Sales Executive

1. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team for a plotting project in Solapur.

2. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful deals.

3. Work on campaign leads provided by the marketing campaigns

4. Convert inquiries into site visits and ensure a high conversion rate.

5. Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.

6. Conduct site visits and property presentations to potential buyers.

7. Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.

8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

9. Negotiate and close deals efficiently.

10. Follow up with potential clients regularly.

11. Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

12. Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the management.
