Data Scientist- GLN

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with expertise in prompt engineering, generative AI, and LangChain. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in data science and a deep understanding of advanced AI techniques, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning frameworks. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead complex projects, mentor junior team members, and drive innovation in AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generative AI and Prompt Engineering:

   • Develop and fine-tune AI models, including large language models (LLMs), to generate high-quality content.

   • Design, implement, and optimize prompt engineering techniques to improve AI model performance and output relevance.

2. LangChain Development:

   • Utilize LangChain to build and deploy complex NLP applications.

   • Create and maintain conversational AI solutions, integrating with various APIs and data sources.

3. Data Analysis and Machine Learning:

   • Conduct extensive data analysis to extract insights and support AI model development.

   • Apply machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems, including classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.

4. Project Leadership:

   • Lead cross-functional teams in AI and data science projects from inception to deployment.

   • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.

5. Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:

   • Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices in AI and data science.

   • Conduct training sessions and workshops to disseminate knowledge across the organization.

6. Research and Innovation:

   • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning.

   • Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance company products and services.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI and NLP.

• Proven expertise in generative AI, prompt engineering, and language model fine-tuning.

• Proficiency in LangChain and experience building NLP applications.

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex projects.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying AI solutions in production environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other AI frameworks and tools.

• Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and data visualization tools.

• Publications or contributions to AI/ML research communities.
