We are scouting for a Head of business Development (Europe Market) to Hunt for new business in Compliance Reports filed with regulators worldwide.
1. Develop and implement marketing and sales plans for each opportunity:
a. Identify Market size
b. Identify Competitors and their strategies
c. Determine Product/Service and Price
d. Determine Distribution strategy (channel, sales team etc)
e. Develop Product collaterals
f. Develop Sales collaterals
g. Develop Website
h. Develop SEO strategy
2. Monitor competitor performance and strategy to modify marketing and sales plans to protect and grow competitive advantage.
3. Develop and keep updated a plan specifying the target for new business to be hunted; and the budget (headcount, and cash spends on other costs).
4. Hunt for new business in B2B and D2E segments to achieve targets by:
a. Organizing, staffing and directing marketing/sales team
b. Implementing an effective pull strategy through websites, search engine optimization, online and offline advertisements, participation in seminars/conferences and conducting product/services related seminars
c. Implementing an effective push strategy through email and cold call campaigns
5. Retain and grow the newly hunted business before handing it over to Client Retention, as per applicable Corporate Policy.
