The ideal candidate will have a high level of SEO expertise, advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta ads, and exceptional communication skills. Job Summary: The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies that enhance our clients' visibility on search engines, drive traffic, and improve conversion rates. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO principles, a high level of expertise in Google PPC and Meta ads, and strong analytical and communication skills. The SEO Manager will work closely with other departments, including content, social media, and paid advertising teams, to ensure a holistic approach to search engine marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development and Execution
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client needs, focusing on increasing organic visibility, traffic, and revenue. Conduct in-depth SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans for optimization. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices, trends, and algorithm changes to ensure strategies are current and effective. Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content strategy, improve rankings, and drive qualified traffic. On-Page and Off-Page SEO Optimization
Optimize website elements, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structures. Implement best practices for on-page SEO and ensure all content is optimized for targeted keywords. Lead off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns, to improve domain authority and drive organic growth. Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with search intent and business objectives. Google Ads and Meta Ads Expertise
Oversee the strategy, setup, management, and optimization of Google PPC campaigns to ensure cost-effective results and high ROI. Develop and manage Meta ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Conduct keyword research, create ad copies, set up audience targeting, and adjust bids to maximize the performance of paid campaigns. Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of paid advertising efforts, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Analytics and Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on SEO and paid campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and others. Provide monthly performance reports that include insights, key metrics, and recommendations for improvement. Utilize data to identify opportunities, track ROI, and ensure alignment with business goals. Present insights and findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable reports. Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate closely with other teams, including content creators, social media managers, and developers, to ensure alignment and holistic SEO strategies. Provide SEO guidance and training to content and marketing teams to improve the effectiveness of content and campaigns. Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders to provide updates, insights, and recommendations on SEO and PPC performance. Act as the primary point of contact for all SEO-related queries, explaining complex SEO concepts in easy-to-understand language. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SEO, with proven expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Advanced knowledge and experience in managing Google Ads and Meta ads campaigns. Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others. In-depth knowledge of Google algorithms and search engine ranking factors. Strong understanding of content marketing and the role of SEO in supporting content strategy. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Google Ads and/or Meta certifications are a plus. Soft Skills:
