Key Responsibilities:
To Increase Market share to ensure profit.
Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensuring yields across products with the help of field force.
Being accountable for the revenue of the products of the Generic division.
Ensure quality of distributor activities and Area Sales managers across the region.
Implementation of Billing targets at all India levels.
Responsible for interacting with foreign principals on technical support and commercial/pricing matters.
Responsible for Marketing and Sales and works through Marketing Managers and Regional Managers to achieve top-line market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives
Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process operating plan, and financial model
Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy
Establish and develop relationships with key customers by securing customer loyalty and forging strong relationships in order to develop advocates to communicate key company messages to the medical community.
