This role places a strong emphasis on spearheading sales HR initiatives, with a primary focus on crafting talent acquisition strategies tailored to the sales teams needs. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for hiring sales professionals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Conduct interviews and manage the entire recruitment process.
Compensation and Benefits:Design and implement competitive salary structures based on Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) for the sales team.
Incentive Policy Streamlining:Analyse current incentive policies and recommend improvements to drive performance.
Work closely with the sales leadership team to align incentives with business objectives.
Implement transparent and motivating incentive structures.
Policy and SOP Drafting:Develop and update HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Communicate policies effectively to employees and conduct training as necessary.
Lead the implementation of a robust Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS).
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Utilise HR analytics to make data-driven decisions.
Develop and oversee a comprehensive induction program for new sales employees.
Ensure that new hires receive the necessary training and information to integrate seamlessly into the organisation.
Additional Responsibilities:
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
Mediate and resolve conflicts to maintain a healthy workplace culture.
Collaborate with managers to establish performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Organise team-building activities and recognition programs.
Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Provide guidance to management on legal matters related to HR.
Sales Force Automation (SFA) Software:
Familiarity with SFA software such as Field Assist and Bizom.
Collaborate with IT and sales teams to optimise the utilisation of SFA tools for efficient sales operations.
Data Management Skills:
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to analyse and present HR data effectively.
Utilise data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of compensation and incentive structures.
