Job Description Role Duties and Skills
Must have skills: Manual Testing with web application , Functional Testing (6+ Yrs.), Mobile Testing (1+) ,API Testing (2+ Yrs.), Accessibility Testing (2+ Yrs.), Cross Browser Testing (2+ Yrs.), Different Test Reports (2+ Yrs.), SQL Testing (1+ Yrs.).
- 1. Review BRD and SRS to identify business scenarios to build detailed test cases
- 2. Conduct end to end & smoke testing to ensure product is up and ready for further testing
- 3. Identify defect and specify if it is technical or business and report it to the assigned person
- 4. Build detailed Bugs report and share it with developers
- 5. Ensure all bugs have been fixed closed
- 6. Help in formulating test plans and test strategy
- 7. Update testing status report
- 8. Ensure conducting cross-browsing testing to show that app support multiple browsers
- 9. Communicate directly with developers regards un-proven defects
- 10. Investigate the root causes of defects and suggest solutions to prevent future similar bugs
- 11. Provide a test time line to be added to all testing activities time-line
- 12. SQL (Database testing)
