Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to join our team. As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a key role in the successful implementation and maintenance of SAP solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for configuring and optimizing SAP FICO modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that financial and accounting processes are aligned with the organizations goals and requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Implement and configure SAP FICO modules to meet client-specific business requirements.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their financial and accounting needs and provide solutions that optimize processes.
3. Perform system analysis and design for SAP FICO projects, including preparing functional specifications and documentation.
4. Execute system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the solutions accuracy and effectiveness.
5. Provide end-user training and support during SAP FICO system implementations.
6. Resolve issues and troubleshoot SAP FICO system problems, ensuring system stability and performance.
7. Stay up-to-date with SAP FICO best practices and trends to recommend improvements and enhancements.
8. Assist in developing and maintaining financial reports, dashboards, and data analytics within SAP FICO.
9. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules (such as MM, SD, and HR) to maintain data consistency.
10. Support clients with continuous improvement and optimization of their SAP FICO systems.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
3. Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, and CO-PA.
4. Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
5. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex issues effectively.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
8. Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and experience in end-to-end project implementation.
9. SAP certification in FICO or related modules is a plus.
10. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools within SAP is an advantage.
11. Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
