This team enhances our analytical capabilities and prepares vital data frameworks for enterprise contact centers, service transformation, clinical operations, and clinical engineering devices. Develop Analytical Wireframes: Design wireframes and work with engineering team to build analytical solutions.
Create Product Features: Define product feature blueprints by understanding users and using personas to prioritize pain points and opportunities.

Who are we looking for?
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree in Business is a plus.
3+ years of experience in organizing, facilitating, and supporting the planning of data analytics initiative in product management.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, business analyst or in a similar role within data analytics teams.
Strong background in building wireframes and developing analytical features.
Extensive experience in SQL and data analytics.
Experience in contact center technology domains and CRM systems is a significant advantage.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Proficiency in product management tools and techniques.
