Manager Finance Engagement and Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Must have a relevant post graduate degree from a reputed institution this would include MBA from reputed Indian or international B-Schools
• Should have 9+ years of relevant prior experience
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have a strong financial aptitude and knowledge of working with client facing teams and managing reporting requirements
• Very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel along with experience of Data Analytics and Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Powerapps, Power Automate, etc. – he/she should be able to make impactful documents, presentations, dashboards, etc. using these applications
• Knowledge of any automation/AI tools/languages is good to have
• Willingness and ability to master certain corporate financial systems
• Ability to coordinate and maintain follow-up on several projects simultaneously
• Should have prior experience with managing and leading teams and handling multiple projects/work streams simultaneously. Should possess strong people management/ team leadership skills and stay on top of daily operational activities while simultaneously identifying opportunity areas for the team to grow in long run
