Job Discription:
As the *Branch Manager* for Prosper Overseas Education Consultancy, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the branch, driving performance, and ensuring all educational counselors meet their individual and collective targets. Your leadership will be crucial in creating an efficient, motivated, and results-driven environment. You will manage daily operations, enhance counselor knowledge, and ensure students receive top-notch guidance to fulfill their overseas education aspirations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Achieving Sales and Enrollment Targets:*
- Set performance targets for the branch and ensure that all counselors meet their monthly and yearly goals.
- Monitor the progress of each counselor, providing continuous feedback and coaching to ensure achievement of targets.
- Analyze enrollment trends and devise strategies to meet the company's overall revenue and enrollment objectives.
2. *Counselor Development and Training:*
- Ensure counselors are well-equipped with the knowledge about various overseas education destinations, courses, universities, and visa processes.
- Organize regular training sessions and provide one-on-one mentorship to improve counselor expertise on education systems, eligibility requirements, and scholarship opportunities in different countries.
- Regularly update the team on new trends, education policies, and opportunities in the global education landscape.
3. *Operational Management:*
- Oversee all branch operations to ensure smooth functioning, including workflow management, customer service, and administrative tasks.
- Implement and maintain branch policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that the branch is in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
4. *Customer Experience and Satisfaction:*
- Focus on delivering excellent customer service to students and their families, ensuring all queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect feedback from students and parents to continuously improve service quality.
- Promote a student-first culture by ensuring that counselors provide personalized guidance tailored to each student's needs and aspirations.
5. *Target and KPI Management:*
- Set clear goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team to monitor their progress toward achieving enrollment and financial targets.
- Use data-driven approaches to track performance, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on the branch's performance, including counselor progress and operational efficiency.
6. *Team Leadership and Motivation:*
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the branch team to maintain high levels of performance and morale.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork among counselors.
- Resolve conflicts and challenges within the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive workplace culture.
7. *Market Research and Outreach:*
- Stay informed about emerging markets, new study destinations, and changing student preferences.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and regions for student recruitment.
- Develop partnerships with schools, universities, and other organizations to enhance outreach and grow the branch's client base.
8. *Financial Oversight:*
- Oversee the branch's budget and expenses, ensuring that financial goals are met and operations are cost-effective.
- Work with the finance team to analyze profit margins, cost control, and return on investment (ROI) for various initiatives.
- Ensure profitability while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

- Strong focus on providing high-quality services and ensuring a seamless customer experience for students and their families.
- Ability to empathize with student needs and tailor services to help them succeed in their overseas education journey.
6. *Organizational & Time-Management Skills:*
- Excellent organizational skills to oversee multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Efficient time management to ensure that all branch operations run smoothly without delays.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the education consultancy industry or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations successfully.
