About the Job:
Position: Head Demand Generation (Digital & Events).
Location: Noida.
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head of Demand Generation (Digital & Events) to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns and manage event strategies.
The ideal candidate will specialize in generating demand, identifying qualified leads, and driving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Demand Generation:
- Develop and execute data-driven demand generation strategies across digital platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, etc.) to drive lead generation and engagement.
- Leverage analytics to track campaign performance and continuously refine strategies for optimal results.
Event Management:
- Design and implement demand generation strategies through SAP-specific and general industry events, both virtual and in-person.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment between event goals and business objectives.
- Manage event logistics, including planning, execution, and follow-up communication.
Lead Management :
- Route leads from various regions to respective sales teams, ensuring a seamless handoff process.
- Own the conversion of mid-market leads by engaging directly with prospects and guiding them through the sales funnel.
- Analyze lead quality and pipeline performance to continuously improve the lead management process.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align campaigns with company goals.
- Lead a team to ensure seamless execution of demand generation initiatives.
- Mentor and guide team member(s) to enhance skills and achieve targets.
Must have:.
- 12+ years of proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and event management at a global scale.
- Strong expertise in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
- Excellent understanding of lead routing processes and conversion strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Expertise in paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for B2B marketing.
Good to have:
- Hands-on experience with SAP events and campaigns is preferred.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills.
- Experience working in mid-market and enterprise-level environments.
