AWS Cloud Manager

Experienced in analyzing complex software systems
Hands-on experience with EC2 instances and its performance monitoring.Experience with monitoring and log aggregation systems.
Monitoring of Cloud infrastructure and on-call support as required
Strong understanding of support processes SLA, handling tickets, monitoring, processes, and
metrics.
Experience of working in teams which includes a wide variety of people and roles, including developers, software architects, QA engineers
Experience working with infrastructure-as-code tools (IAC) such as Terraform
Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
Experience of developing and implementing software on Windows server systems
Experience with databases or storage technologies (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server)
In-depth understanding of AWS with Windows EC2 instances
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture
Knowledge of networking protocols and security principles.
