Job Description
- Preparation of plans and estimates for new developments like plantation. Land preparation, levelling, soil quality and fertilizers etc.
- Preparing budget for horticulture development.
- Selection of plant species as per climate and requirement.
- Proper maintenance after development in residential areas.
- Monitoring, cleaning and gardening activity in all residential areas on daily basis.
- Managing supervisors and team to ensure daily work progress and achievement of targets.
- Maintain proper growth of trees, shrubs and lawns.
- Pest control in plantation and landscaping areas as needed.
- Monitoring proper operation of drip / popup irrigation system in developed area.
- Deployment of gardener is checked on daily basis i.e. as per schedule/ need basis.
- Hiring contingent workers as needed for additional and unscheduled work.
- Always check BOQ during work and also billing with vendor to check quality and quantity.
- Tree plantation and maintenance of road median and also service road.
- Reporting daily observation of horticulture Head.
- Managing the waste of residential units and making compost from it with the help of composting machine and using it in horticulture developed areas.
- Anti-termite and mealybug treatment for trees, lawn areas.
- Responsible for proper utilization of STP water in garden areas.
- Monitoring and maintenance of 04 polyhouse and 01 greenhouse.
- Preparation MIS report.
- Monitoring all automation and other equipment related to gardening maintenance.
- Responsible for disposal of all gardening waste (dry leaves, grass and others) after decomposition and converted into organic manure for utilization in gardening developed area.
- Checking in on daily basis against goals and schedules and planning for the next accordingly.
- In-house nursery was developed for maintaining horticultural plants.
