• You will lead a team of operations managers and will be responsible for the collective performance of your department.
• You will plan internal meetings, be directly answerable to the management and strategize on developing business and operational matters
• You must compulsorily have a good experience and strong links in manpower sourcing for different sites manpower for manufacturing units, housekeepers, technicians, production manpower, ITI engineers etc.
• Be it site operations, contract, procurement or team management, you'll ensure our service delivery is at its best.
• You'll also be our clients eye on all operational matters. In this role, you will promote seamless and competitive operations by collaborating with the management, field staff and office departments.
• You'll lead your time in providing required manpower at each of your designated site, reduce shortfall, engage in site visits, manage a team of operations managers and field officers and make sure trainings, audits, reports etc. are planned and completed on time.
• You will also coordinate with the stores for material, machine and uniform delivery and assist the compliance team with required support
• You will continuously work towards improving service delivery and integrating processes for the client.
• You will visit the sites from time to time as per client requirements and internal plan
• You will indulge in business development and generate new leads and business for ProMind.
