Financial Reporting Role - NBFC - Contractual (5-8 yrs)

Job Details:

- FS Preparation/Reporting (IND-AS)

- Immediate to 15days preferred

- Qualified CA Mandatory

Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IND-AS and RBI regulations for NBFCs.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including quarterly and annual reports.

- Conduct detailed analysis and interpretation of financial data to support decision-making.

- Implement and monitor changes in accounting policies, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.

- Assess and improve financial reporting systems, controls, and processes.

- Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including revenue recognition, financial instruments, and lease accounting.

- Work closely with finance, tax, and risk teams to ensure alignment on financial reporting matters.

- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and disclosures as per RBI guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent qualification.

- [5+] years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the NBFC sector.

- Strong knowledge of IND-AS, RBI regulations, and other financial reporting standards.

- Experience in handling audits and working with auditors.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting tools, and ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
