Feature Definition & Delivery: Define product features and functionalities in alignment with omnichannel architecture and solutions, ensuring timely and quality delivery of new enhancements.
Business & Technical Innovation: Translate business requirements into tech solutions, bringing innovations from both inside and outside the industry for business value.
Governance & Standardization: Promote shared processes, product governance, data harmonization, and architectural compliance across the organization.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with other functional and regional leads, as well as services, support, and infrastructure teams to ensure consistency in service and delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and optimization of product functionalities and user experience.
Skills & Requirements:
Salesforce Expertise: Strong experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platform, and Customer 360 solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to engage and advise stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify strategic solutions to complex business challenges, particularly in the pharma sales/field business space.
Self-driven & Results-oriented: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Customer Data Platform, and Customer 360 solutions in a relevant technical domain
