This is a high-impact leadership position where you ll spearhead the company s sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and be a key player in expanding ProLegion s footprint in the HR Tech market. You will work closely with senior HR decision-makers like CHROs, HR Directors , and Talent Acquisition leaders , offering them innovative solutions in vendor management , ATS and job portals .If you have a proven track record of building sales pipelines, converting leads into high-value clients, and strategically growing business within the HR Tech space, we want you to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
Create, implement, and refine comprehensive sales strategies that align with ProLegion s growth targets.
Lead the team to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Ensure alignment between sales targets and the companys long-term objectives.
Lead Sales Team and Manage Performance:
Mentor, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Set clear performance goals and track progress to ensure team members achieve their targets.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Generate Leads and Grow the Pipeline:
Leverage your extensive network of HR stakeholders (CHROs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition leaders) to generate high-quality leads.
Build a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities, focusing on both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Develop targeted outreach strategies, and cultivate relationships that convert prospects into clients.
Close High-Value Deals and Secure New Business:
Focus on closing new business by strategically acquiring new logos.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
Use consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Collaborate closely with Marketing , Product , and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and the successful implementation of solutions.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product performance to inform marketing and product development.
Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with HR Tech trends, SaaS innovations, and competitor strategies to ensure ProLegion remains competitive.
Use insights gathered to adjust sales tactics, refine offerings, and improve sales outcomes.
Sales Reporting and Analytics:
Monitor and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 8+ years of experience in HR Tech/SaaS sales , with a proven record of leading sales teams to success.
Extensive background in selling ATS , vendor management solutions , and job portals .
Established network of HR decision-makers including CHROs , HR Directors , and Talent Acquisition Leaders .
Demonstrated success in driving new business acquisition and growing market presence.
Skills:
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a focus on lead conversion .
Strong leadership and team management abilities , with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
Analytical mindset with an ability to draw actionable insights from sales data and make strategic adjustments.
