We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to join our Technology-SARB department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the technology industry, specifically in software projects. As a Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive the success of software projects.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute software project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate and lead software project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and task delegation.

- Monitor software project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

- Conduct regular software project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and clients on project milestones, deliverables, and risks.

- Manage software project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.

- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the software project lifecycle.

- Provide leadership and guidance to software project team members, motivating and empowering them to achieve project goals.

- Conduct post-project evaluations of software projects, analyzing project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing lessons learned in future projects.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the technology industry, specifically in software projects.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in software project management methodologies and tools.

- PMP certification is highly desirable.
