Project Engineer - Layouts

Responsibilities:

• Layout Design and Planning:

1. Develop detailed layout designs using Revit software.
2. Prepare 3D renders using Lumion Software
3. Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.

• Project Coordination:

1. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers.
2. Coordinate with construction teams to implement layouts on-site.

• Technical Documentation:

1. Prepare and maintain layout drawings and design calculations.
2. Keep documentation accurate and up to date.

• Quality Assurance:

1. Conduct site inspections to verify layout accuracy.
2. Implement quality control measures.

• Budget and Resource Management:

1. Assist in budget preparation and cost estimates.
2. Manage resources for timely and cost-efficient layout tasks.

• Client and Stakeholder Communication:

1. Communicate layout designs and updates.
2. Address client feedback and concerns.

• Compliance and Safety:

1. Ensure layout designs adhere to safety regulations.
2. Promote a safe working environment.

• Continuous Improvement:

1. Stay updated on layout design trends and technologies.
2. Identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• Experience in layout design and project engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software, Revit, Lumion and other design software's.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of engineering standards and regulations.
• Project management experience is a plus.
