Key skills for the job
As a Product Analyst at NucliOS within MathCo, youll play a pivotal role in defining the Nuclios feature roadmap and driving adoption of Nuclios with our clients as well as internal teams. You are expected to be a regular user of Nuclios and gain in-depth knowledge of Nuclios features and capabilities. You will also be constantly engaging with the Nuclios user community to understand user challenges, gather new feature requirements and also explain key capabilities in Nuclios. To be successful in this role you need to be a good data scientist that loves solving business problems using data and you need to be a great communicator to drive platform adoption.
Understanding and grasping all features and functionalities of NucliOS and its business use cases and scope
Driving NucliOS feature adoption by creating and broadcasting contents (videos, artifacts etc.) on the same, conducting internal and external stakeholder demos
Contributing to feature roadmap and prioritization of features by doing user research and conducting UAT from a data scientist perspective
Required Skills :
While an ideal candidate would possess expertise in all the areas mentioned below, demonstrated experience in a majority of these areas is highly valued and welcome.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency and hands on experience in data science, data manipulation and statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms
Experience with Python (pandas, numpy) or SQL for data analysis
Knowledge of tools like Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite etc.
Product Knowledge Analytical Skills:
Good understanding of product lifecycle and product management processes
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect data to business outcomes
Content Creation and Communication:
Ability to create clear, concise and engaging articles, videos that explain product features, insights and use cases to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to produce tutorials, feature demonstrations and walkthrough videos that highlight product capability and benefits
Competent in creating and delivering product presentations or demos to clients or internal stakeholders
Problem-solving Critical Thinking Skills:
Ability to conduct usability testing or user acceptance testing as a data-scientist
Ability to analyze business problems and provide data-driven solutions
Soft Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or any related field
