  • **Position:** Depot Manager
  • **Location:** Dankuni
  • **Salary:** ₹35,000 In-Hand + Incentives
  • **Probation Period:** 4 Months
  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • - Oversee daily operations of the depot, ensuring efficient workflow and timely deliveries.
  • - Manage inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to meet customer demands.
  • - Implement and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for effective inventory tracking.
  • - Ensure compliance with audits, quality assurance standards, and safety management protocols.
  • - Train and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
  • - Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize transportation and distribution processes.
  • **Qualifications:**
  • - Minimum educational qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred).
  • - Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • **Skills Required:**
  • - Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel.
  • - Strong knowledge of logistics business operations.
  • - Expertise in stock and inventory handling.
  • **Age Requirement:**
  • - Candidates must be above 30 years of age.
