Job Description

  • Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and schedules.
  • Identify testing requirements, risks, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the testing team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery of testing activities.
  • Oversee the creation of test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on requirements and user stories.
  • Coordinate and perform functional, integration, regression, system, and performance testing.
  • Work closely with development, product management, and QA teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Communicate testing status, metrics, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
  • Drive the adoption of automation testing frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain and improve automated test scripts and ensure proper integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify and resolve defects and issues proactively.

    Desired Profile:

    • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Testing Lead or QA Lead in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
    • Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, Postman, or equivalent.
    • Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management.
