Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager specialized into Salesforce hiring and lead our recruitment efforts and build a high-performing workforce. In this role, you will develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborate with various departments to meet our hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all departments.
Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Create and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and hiring practices.
Sourcing and Talent Pipeline:
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure an efficient and organized recruitment process.
Candidate Management:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Employer Branding:
Develop and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to build relationships and increase visibility.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, set realistic expectations, and provide guidance on market trends and salary benchmarks.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Process Improvement:
Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
