1. Installation & commissioning

• Proper wiring , connections and assembly
• Testing & as per S.O.Ps
• Proper documentation ( Installation report)
• Checking proper earthing, voltage and water supply

2. Discipline & reporting

• Task completion within target time
• On time reporting
• Team work

3. Safety (Machine & Human being)

• No parts damage
• Proper material handling.
• Follow the defined S.O.Ps (PPE)

4. Preventive maintenance

• Ensure daily machine check sheet checked by machine operators
• Preventive as per schedule
• Parts changing as per specification

5. Break down maintenance

• Quick response to customer/Machine operator
• Root cause analysis
• Max to Max break down 4 Hrs / machine/ Month

6. Spare management

• Maintain Min max level inventory
• Consumption record

7. MIS & Documentation

• Machine history sheet
• Break down analysis record
