Lead Engineer / Deputy Manager - Civil & Structural

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of RCC and Steel Structures within a 3D design environment for projects in Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbon, and Petrochemical sectors.
• Develop project-specific standard drawings and participate in project planning, effort-hour estimation, and scheduling activities.
• Review and audit design documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Guide and mentor engineers and designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.

Technical Skills & Software Proficiency:

• Proficient in structural analysis and design using STAAD.Pro.
• Working knowledge of ETABS, RCDC, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Tekla, SP3D, E3D, Revit, and Navisworks is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.

Key Competencies:

• Strong understanding of applicable civil and structural design/engineering standards, including IS, ACI, AISC, UBC, ASCE, and BS.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, guide, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Software Proficiency:

• Structural Analysis & Design: STAAD.Pro, ETABS, RCDC
• 3D Modeling & Detailing: Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD, Navisworks
• General Software: Microsoft Office
