Process Executive

Role & responsibilities

We looking for a process executive with 0-3 years experience in following jobs, This role will be responsible for day-to-day tasks in different process such as analyzing data, providing customer support and service, and maintaining effective communication with clients, Machine learning image tagging, Home Inspection data capture, Civil diagram, Insurance, RCV and Manual Testing.

Requirements and skills

• Typing speed and accuracy.
• Skills-Typing, MS office, documentation, Quick learner.
• Good oral & written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office and data programs.
• Good Knowledge in civil terms and basic rule.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
• Enter new member data into excel and enrolment forms.
• Keeping records of customer complaints, comments, inquiries.
• Letting the customer know the cause of the problem and resolving the same with adequate information and help.
• Any other jobs assigned from time to time.

Required Experience

• Both Freshers and experience.
• Qualification- Any Degree,
• Insurance experience and Diploma in civil is preferrable.
